Privacy Policy

• Form submissions: the name, email, WhatsApp number, and message you send through our contact and inquiry forms.
• Account data: if you create an account to track your application, we store your email and profile details.
• Basic analytics: daily totals for searches without results, empty filter results, official portal clicks, and eligibility checks started, completed or left unfinished. These totals contain no search text, eligibility answers, email address, account ID or browsing history.
• Preparation workspace: your target degree, intake, subject, checklist, uploaded files, review requests and feedback. Files use private storage. Other students cannot access them. The CSC Path reviewer can access the files you explicitly select and submit for review, along with your preparation plan and question.
• Lead attribution: when you send a service inquiry or open a WhatsApp service link, we may record the page, referring-page path, and explicit UTM source, medium, and campaign labels. We keep the landing page and campaign labels in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes so they remain available if you visit another page before contacting us. We do not retain unrelated URL query parameters.
• University planner: saved universities, comparisons, application routes, checklist progress, admission decisions, followed universities and chosen preparation dates are stored on your browser. Guest and signed-in browser lists are separate. When you sign in, your account list syncs privately across devices; other students cannot read it. Signing in does not upload a guest list. You can add that list to your account yourself. Calendar exports are downloaded to your device and may be stored by the calendar service you choose to import them into.

• Reply to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
• Manage your account and application progress if you sign up.
• Improve the site based on aggregate usage patterns.
• Understand which pages and campaigns produce service inquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the site (hosting, database, email) and only to the extent required to provide the service.

Remove universities from My universities or clear this site's browser storage to erase the local planner. Signed-in changes sync to your account when the connection is available. To remove your account copy as well, clear the signed-in list while online or request its deletion below. Downloaded backups and imported calendar events remain on your devices or calendar service until you remove them there.

You can delete uploaded documents from your workspace, including files submitted for review. Deletion removes the active stored file; brief download links already issued expire within one minute. A reviewer may already have downloaded a copy. For account records, review notes, or reviewer-held copies, use the deletion request below. Documents remain stored until you delete them or request removal. Do not upload passports, bank details or medical records for the initial review, and redact unnecessary ID numbers.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@cscpath.com. We'll confirm and remove your personal data from our systems within 14 days, unless we're legally required to retain some of it.

We use minimal cookies required for the site to function (such as your session when logged in) and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not currently use advertising trackers or serve Google AdSense ads. Anonymous usability totals are retained for up to 90 days. Our usability measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

This preference applies to usability measurement, not the forms and account data needed to provide a service you request.

Advertising is currently disabled. If we introduce Google AdSense, we will update this policy and provide the required consent controls before activating advertising.

If Google advertising is activated, Google and other advertising providers may store cookies in your browser. Google and its partners can use those cookies to select advertisements using your earlier browsing on CSC Path and elsewhere on the Internet. Advertising services may process identifiers, IP addresses, device information and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, subject to your choices and applicable requirements.

You can manage personalized advertising through Google's My Ad Center and participating third-party vendors through the Digital Advertising Alliance's choices page. Google's partner-site privacy information explains how it uses information from sites that use its services.

Before serving Google ads in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we will provide a Google-certified consent management platform. Visitors will be able to review their choices and withdraw consent through its privacy controls. The usability-measurement preference above does not provide advertising consent.
