Privacy Policy

• Form submissions: the name, email, WhatsApp number, and message you send through our contact and inquiry forms.
• Account data: if you create an account to track your application, we store your email and profile details.
• Basic analytics: aggregate usage stats such as page views, to understand what works on the site.
• Preparation workspace: your target degree, intake, subject, checklist, uploaded files, review requests and feedback. Files use private storage. Other students cannot access them. The CSC Path reviewer can access the files you explicitly select and submit for review, along with your preparation plan and question.
• Lead attribution: when you send a service inquiry or open a WhatsApp service link, we may record the page, referring-page path, and explicit UTM source, medium, and campaign labels. We keep the landing page and campaign labels in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes so they remain available if you visit another page before contacting us. We do not retain unrelated URL query parameters.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the site (hosting, database, email) and only to the extent required to provide the service.

You can delete uploaded documents from your workspace, including files submitted for review. Deletion removes the active stored file; brief download links already issued expire within one minute. A reviewer may already have downloaded a copy. For account records, review notes, or reviewer-held copies, use the deletion request below. Documents remain stored until you delete them or request removal. Do not upload passports, bank details or medical records for the initial review, and redact unnecessary ID numbers.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@cscpath.com. We'll confirm and remove your personal data from our systems within 14 days, unless we're legally required to retain some of it.

We use minimal cookies required for the site to function (such as your session when logged in) and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising trackers.
