Refund Policy

You should never feel locked in. If we haven't started the work, you get a full refund. If we're in the middle of it, you get a fair partial refund. Once deliverables are provided or an application is submitted, the work is done and refunds no longer apply.

• Before work begins — 100% refund. If you cancel at any time after payment but before we've started any consulting work on your case, you get a full refund.
• After work has begun, before main deliverables — 50% refund. Once we've started (e.g. shortlisting, professor outreach, drafting), you can still cancel and receive 50% of the fee back, provided the main deliverables have not been sent to you.
• After main deliverables or portal submission — no refund. Once we've delivered the study plan, sent your acceptance letter outreach, or submitted your CSC or university application, the work is complete and refunds no longer apply.

Our fees pay for consulting time and effort, never for a specific outcome. Scholarship and admission decisions are made by professors, universities, and the China Scholarship Council. Not being selected is not grounds for a refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank or card processing fees, if any, may be deducted.
