Terms of Service

CSC Path ("we", "us") is an independent consulting service that helps students apply for the China Scholarship Council (CSC) scholarship and for self-funded admission at Chinese universities. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the China Scholarship Council, any university, any embassy, or any government body.

Depending on the package you select, our services may include: university and professor shortlisting, professor outreach on your behalf, study plan or research proposal writing and review, document preparation and checking, CSC/CGSIS and university portal submission, and follow-up until results are announced. The exact deliverables are always confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Scholarship and admission decisions rest entirely with professors, universities, and the China Scholarship Council. No one can guarantee selection and we make no such promise. Our fees pay for consulting time, expertise, and effort — never for a specific outcome. Non-selection is not grounds for a refund; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documents.
• Respond to our messages and requests in a timely way so deadlines can be met.
• Review all drafts and applications before submission.
• Meet any language, academic, or eligibility requirements set by the CSC or your target universities.

We cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed client responses or by incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.

The primary channels of communication are email (info@cscpath.com) and WhatsApp. We typically reply within a few hours during working days.

• Scope, deliverables, and price are always agreed in writing before any work begins.
• Payment is made through a secure payment link sent after scope confirmation.
• Installments are available on request: 50% to start and 50% before final submission.
• The CSC scholarship itself is always free to apply for on the official portal — our fees only cover consulting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, or for the acts and decisions of universities, professors, embassies, or government bodies.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
