Part 1 screens four recurring CSC requirements: non-Chinese citizenship, the standard age limit for your degree level (under 25 for Bachelor's, under 35 for Master's, under 40 for PhD), holding or completing the prerequisite degree, and good health. A route, university, or program may publish additional or different rules, so the current official notice always controls.
