Supervisor Acceptance Letter (for the professor/ISO to sign)

The pre-drafted letter students send to a professor to sign and submit to the International Students Office confirming supervision.

Before you use it

  • Send it to the professor as an editable Word file, not a locked PDF.
  • Politely ask the professor to review, sign, and either return it to you or forward it directly to the International Students Office.
  • Confirm the intake year, department name, and research area match your application form exactly.
  • The letter must be on official university letterhead and stamped with the department/university seal.
