The recorded application fee is CNY 400. AHPU's 2026 prospectus for international students charges a non-refundable application fee of CNY 400, paid with the application by bank transfer to the university's own account and not refunded whether or not the applicant is admitted. Tuition is separate and is not an application charge: CNY 20,000 per year for the master's programmes covered by this prospectus. The same fee table lists on-campus accommodation of CNY 3,500 per year for a single room with a private bathroom, living expenses of about CNY 1,200 per month, textbooks of about CNY 300 per year, insurance of CNY 800 per year, a physical examination of CNY 500 per year and a residence permit of CNY 400 per year, plus a CNY 3,500 deposit after admission that is transferred to the first-year accommodation fee and is not refunded. Only CNY is accepted, and tuition is generally payable in a lump sum per academic year.

Published dates and unconfirmed windows
AHPU's published international prospectus is the 2026 edition. It states "Application: before July 1st 2026" and "Registration: Oct.12th-16th 2026". The 1 July 2026 application deadline has passed, and the October registration dates apply only to students already admitted for 2026 — they are a registration window, not an application window. The prospectus states no opening date, and no 2027 prospectus had been published on the university's international cooperation site as at 6 October 2026, so the next intake window is not yet published. The 2026 route covers full-time master's applicants only, with eight programmes and published enrolment quotas. Applications are made by email to the address printed in the prospectus with the university's application form and supporting documents, and the CNY 400 application fee is paid by bank transfer.
Guide scope reviewed 3 October 2026. Dates apply only to the intake and route named in each notice.
