Application timing and source scope

Anhui University of Technology's 2026 degree-program prospectus for international students (安徽工业大学2026年学历留学生招生简章, published 19 January 2026, with an English edition titled 2026 AHUT Prospectus for International Students) sets the 2026 intake application window at 15 March 2026 to 15 June 2026 for all three degree levels — the four-year undergraduate programmes, the three-year master's programmes and the four-year doctoral programmes. That window has closed. The same prospectus gives 15 June 2026 as the application deadline for both the Anhui Provincial Government Scholarship (留学安徽奖学金) and the university's own Study at AHUT Scholarship (留学安工大奖学金), which is the same date as the general application closing date; the Talent Scholarship for current students closes at the end of each semester, and on-campus job positions follow a separate school notice with no fixed date. The prospectus publishes no Chinese Government Scholarship deadline and no CSC agency number, and no notice for a 2027 intake has been published.

Guide scope reviewed 3 October 2026. Dates apply only to the intake and route named in each notice.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.
