Application fee

CNY 400, payable at enrolment Civil Aviation Flight University of China publishes a 报名费 (application fee) of CNY 400 in its 2026 international student prospectus (published 9 January 2026, read on 3 October 2026). The notice states 报名费 入学报到时支付 — the charge is paid at the time of admission and enrolment, not when the application is submitted — so it must not be presented as a fee due at application. It is a separate charge from tuition, which the same notice publishes at CNY 15,000 per academic year. The 2025 edition of the same notice stated that the fee was paid online at application and was non-refundable; the 2026 edition removes that clause and moves payment to enrolment, so the older wording must not be carried forward. This brochure states no exemption or refund rule.

Source-linked admission details

Application deadline, application fee, tuition, accommodation, insurance, scholarship standards, eligibility, language requirements and the official application portal for international degree students at Civil Aviation Flight University of China, from the university's own 2026 prospectus, read on 3 October 2026. · recorded source check: October 3, 2026

Application deadline
31 May 2026 for the 2026 cycle, stated in the notice's own words as 在线注册提交申请的截止时间为2026年5月31日 and in its English text as "The deadline for submitting applications for online registration is May 31st, 2026". The window has closed. The 2026 opening date and 2027 window are unconfirmed.
Application fee
CNY 400 per applicant (报名费 400元), stated as 报名费 入学报到时支付 — payable at the time of admission and enrolment, not at application. Refund rule unstated in the 2026 notice. No exemption is published.
Tuition
CNY 15,000 per academic year (学费 15000元/年) for the four listed four-year bachelor's programmes. Master's-level tuition is not published in this notice, even though the university states it holds 20 master's degree authorisation points.
Accommodation
CNY 3,600 per person per year for a standard twin room on the Tianfu campus and CNY 10,000 per person per year for a single room on the Guanghan campus (广汉校区单人间10000元每人/年,天府校区双人间3600元每人/年). The notice's Chinese text lists the Guanghan single room first.
Insurance
Comprehensive insurance for international students in China is required — a 来华留学生综合保险购买凭证 is a listed registration document, and a separate university notice dated 9 July 2026 states that the insurance certificate is a required item for each academic year's registration and for the residence-permit application. Neither notice publishes a premium amount, so no figure is recorded here. July notice: https://osicd.cafuc.edu.cn/info/1024/1199.htm
Other costs
CAFUC’s July 7, 2026 residence-permit notice lists CNY 400 for less than one year and CNY 800 from one year inclusive to under three years in English. The Chinese CNY 400 line says 1年以内, while its CNY 800 line explicitly includes one year; confirm the one-year charge with the handling authority. The notice states that Deyang accepts a maximum validity of one full year. Source: https://osicd.cafuc.edu.cn/info/1001/1193.htm
Scholarship
The university's own International Student Scholarship publishes two award tables. New first-year students: first class waives that year's tuition and accommodation and adds a living allowance of CNY 1,500 per person per month for 10 months; second class waives that year's tuition and accommodation. Enrolled students from the second year: first class waives tuition and accommodation and adds the same CNY 1,500 per month for 10 months; second class waives tuition and accommodation; third class waives tuition only. These are published award standards, not probabilities of award. The notice publishes no quota, selection rule, renewal condition or separate deadline for either table.
Eligibility
A non-Chinese citizen holding a foreign passport; physically and mentally healthy; friendly towards China and of good conduct; no criminal record; a high-school diploma or above with good academic performance.
Language requirements
The brochure gives English proficiency rules and no HSK requirement. Native English speakers are exempt from providing an English language certificate; other applicants must provide IELTS 5.0 or equivalent; and applicants whose high-school-or-above medium of instruction was English need only submit the medium-of-instruction certificate rather than an IELTS score.
Programmes
Four four-year Bachelor of Science and Engineering programmes: Air Transportation (Flight Dispatch); Aircraft Manufacture Engineering (Aircraft Maintenance); Applied Meteorology (Aviation Meteorology); and Traffic Management (Airport Operation Management). The January 9, 2026 prospectus introduction lists 20 master's degree authorisation points and 40 undergraduate programmes; the university's standing institutional introduction, read October 3, 2026, lists 20 master's points and 42 undergraduate programmes. These institution-wide totals do not establish the programmes available to international applicants. The 2026 prospectus lists the four international programmes above; its attached programme-major PDF remains behind a CAPTCHA, so a current international major list is unconfirmed. Institutional source: https://www.cafuc.edu.cn/xxgk/xxjj.htm
Registration documents
The notice lists these paper documents for arrival after obtaining the study visa: Passport copies; high-school-or-above graduation certificate; transcripts of all courses at high-school level or above; a Chinese or English personal statement covering self-introduction, the reason for applying, understanding of the chosen major and the future study plan; language proof; a Foreigner's Physical Examination Form with results dated within six months of submission; proof of financial capacity, which the notice states is not required of applicants who receive the university's scholarship; and a certificate of comprehensive insurance purchase for international students in China.
Application portal
https://cafuc.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx — the application system reached from the 在线申请 link on the university's own international-student site. The information site osicd.cafuc.edu.cn is not itself the application system. The portal was on a scheduled maintenance outage from 30 September 2026 to 7 October 2026 when checked on 3 October 2026, so submission readiness was not tested.
CSC status
Not listed on the China Scholarship Council's official "Appendix. Chinese University List" for the 2026 Chinese Government Scholarship (campuschina.org, 295 numbered institutions, re-downloaded 3 October 2026). The prospectus names no CSC route and publishes no agency number.

Published dates and unconfirmed windows

Application timing and source scope

Civil Aviation Flight University of China's 2026 international student prospectus (2026年全日制学历培养来华留学生招生简章), published 9 January 2026 and reopened 3 October 2026, states 在线注册提交申请的截止时间为2026年5月31日 / "The deadline for submitting applications for online registration is May 31st, 2026". That window has closed. The 2026 notice gives no opening date, and enrolment for admitted students is in early September of the autumn semester. The university's admissions notice list shows the 2026 prospectus of 9 January 2026 as its newest item, above the 2025, 2023 and 2021 editions, so the reviewed index did not confirm a 2027 notice or window on 3 October 2026. The 2025 and 2026 publication dates do not establish a 2027 schedule. The university is not on the 2026 Chinese Government Scholarship host list, and the 2026 prospectus names no CSC route.

Guide scope reviewed 3 October 2026. Dates apply only to the intake and route named in each notice.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.
