Application timing and source scope

For the 2026/2027 intake, Civil Aviation University of China (中国民航大学, CAUC) publishes its own 2026 留学生招生简章 / INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ADMISSION GUIDE 2026 on the official domain www.cauc.edu.cn — notice released 2026-03-10 at www.cauc.edu.cn/en/info/1054/1218.htm, with the guide PDF at /__local/3/97/B1/A46537C8942BDA2D75F55B1F217_6F32EA16_66D105.pdf on the same domain. The 2026 guide states the application period as "申请期限:2026年1月25日-2026年7月15日" (25 January 2026 to 15 July 2026), with admission letters issued in July 2026 and term start in September 2026 (2026年9月正式开学,具体日期另行通知). That 2026 window has now closed as of 23 September 2026. For comparison, the university's own 2024 guide fixed the prior window at "申请期限:2024年1月10日-2024年5月31日" (Application Period: January 10th, 2024 to May 31st, 2024), with letters in July 2024 and term start September 2024 — also closed. CAUC additionally ran a 2026 spring-semester English foundation programme (notice released 2025-10-14, www.cauc.edu.cn/en/info/1054/1209.htm) and a "2026 CAUC International Foundation Program Admission Guide" (released 2025-10-14, www.cauc.edu.cn/en/info/1054/1208.htm); the spring-2026 foundation intake has closed. As of 23 September 2026 no 2027 intake notice and no dated 2027 window had been published on the university domain, so the next intake window is not yet published. Admission and scholarship windows are separate and are not the same date: the Tianjin Municipal Government Scholarship and the CAUC Freshmen Scholarship are applied for together with the enrolment application (the 天津市外国留学生政府奖学金申请表 is submitted with the application materials, and the guide notes 若学生符合入学基本条件,但未达到以上奖学金申请条件,通过学校审核后,可申请自费入学), while the CAUC Outstanding Enrolled Students Scholarship is assessed annually for students already enrolled (一学年,须每学年申报评定).

Guide scope reviewed 3 October 2026. Dates apply only to the intake and route named in each notice.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.
