- Tuition notes
- English-taught rates are consistently higher than Chinese-taught rates at every degree level. The Chinese Government Scholarship programme table on campuschina.org had previously shown CNY 20,000-22,000 per academic year for DMU; the university's own FEES page is the authoritative schedule and is more granular. The FEES page note states that for degree programmes tuition of one academic year must be paid in full and payment by installments is not allowed.

- Medical insurance
- CNY 800 one year; CNY 400 half a year; CNY 320 three months; CNY 240 two months; CNY 160 one month. The FEES page states 'DMU requires all international students to have sufficient medical insurance throughout the duration of study' and that 'Failure to offer insurance documents will result in refusal to registration.'
- Registration fee
- No separate registration fee is published on the DMU FEES page; the application fee (CNY 600) is the only application-stage charge listed there.
- Deposit
- The Admission Brochure states an accepted applicant must 'send us all the application documents and pay deposit to confirm your place at DMU if your application is accepted', but no deposit amount is published on the pages read.
- Residence permit
- Not stated as a fee on the DMU FEES page.
- Physical examination
- The FEES page lists no physical-examination charge; the programme pages state that if the medical examination form provided at application does not meet requirements, the applicant must be re-examined at a designated institution after entry at their own expense ('费用自理') without stating an amount.
- Entry requirements
- Language: Chinese-taught bachelor's: HSK Level 4 or above; applicants without the certificate must sit DMU's own Chinese proficiency test and reach HSK 4-equivalent level and sign a probationary study agreement. Chinese-taught master's and doctoral: HSK Level 5 or above, same probationary-test route. English-taught master's: an internationally recognised English certificate (IELTS or TOEFL, etc.) or proof that the bachelor's was taught in English; applicants from countries where English is an official language are exempt; those without proof must pass DMU's own English test. Age: Bachelor's: 18 to under 35. Master's: 18 to under 40. Doctoral: 18 to under 50. Chinese language programme: 18 to under 60. Required degree: Bachelor's: high-school graduation or equivalent plus university application eligibility. Master's: completed bachelor's degree. Doctoral: completed master's degree. The standing undergraduate checklist requires CSCA; this requirement is not listed in the reviewed master's or doctoral checklists. The degree pages require a blood report covering HIV/V.D.R.L., HbsAg and HCV. The freshly read 2026 CSC brochure lists no economic-guarantee document, so the previously recorded guarantee requirement is not established for that call. These are standing general-admission ages, not the 2026 CSC age limits. The Chinese pages use 18周岁以上 and 35/40/50/60周岁以下; confirm boundary interpretation with DMU.
- Application fee scope
- The undated standing fee schedule lists CNY 600 for degree and general/senior scholar applications. Chinese-language course application fees are CNY 400 for one to four weeks and CNY 500 from five weeks through one academic year. Source: https://iec.dlmu.edu.cn/English/ADMISSION/FEES.htm
