Published dates and unconfirmed windows

Application timing and source scope

Hefei University publishes a dated window in its Hefei University International Students Admission Guide 2026, issued 1 April 2026 by the School of International Education in Chinese and English. The guide sets a single application cut-off of 1 June for all three applicant categories - bachelor's (four-year), master's (three-year) and non-degree Chinese language students (one year) - with enrolment in September and, for bachelor's applicants, entry via the National College Entrance Examination for International Students in China. That 2026 intake has closed as of September 2026 and no 2027 guide or notice had been published when this profile was checked. The university's own President Scholarship (校长奖学金) is applied for in June each year, and shortlisted applicants are contacted by the admissions mailbox. Applications to the Chinese Government Scholarship are directed by the university to the CSC timetable on the CSC official site rather than to a university-published date, so no Hefei-specific CSC deadline is published; the university names itself a Chinese Government Scholarship training institution and a "Study in Anhui" host without publishing the Anhui provincial scholarship deadline on its scholarship pages.

Guide scope reviewed 3 October 2026. Dates apply only to the intake and route named in each notice.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.
