Hefei University of Technology (合肥工业大学) publishes intake-scoped dates in two separate 2026 official notices on the 海外学生培养与服务 site of its International Education College (iec.hfut.edu.cn), both published in November 2025 for the 2026 intake. The undergraduate guide, 2026年合肥工业大学来华留学生本科项目招生简章 (published 2025-11-28), section 七、申请时间, gives a single self-funded cut-off: 即日起至2026年6月15日 — that is, from the date of publication until 15 June 2026 — and states that the applicant is enrolled from early September 2026 (新生将于2026年9月初开始在合肥工业大学学习). That cut-off has now CLOSED as of today, 14 September 2026, and the guide schedules the start of study for early September 2026. For the Chinese Government Scholarship 国别项目 (Bilateral Program, Type A), the same undergraduate guide's scholarship section states that applicants apply through their own country's dispatching authority and that 一般申请时间为1月初至4月初 (the general application period is early January to early April), expressly telling applicants to confirm the exact cut-off with that dispatching authority because the university does not set it.
