Published dates and unconfirmed windows

Application timing and source scope

The university’s current admissions page hosts a guide posted 20 April 2026, but the guide itself is dated 2022. It states a recurring rule to submit materials to the prospective supervisor before 30 April of the year of entry. This supports the historical guide’s rule only; no fresh 2026/27 or 2027/28 dated call or opening day was found as of 2 October 2026, so do not present 30 April 2027 as a confirmed announced deadline. The university was absent from the 2026 CSC host list; this does not establish future-cycle status.

Guide scope reviewed 3 October 2026. Dates apply only to the intake and route named in each notice.

Historical degree admission

The PDF reposted in April 2026 is explicitly a 2022 prospectus. Its historical procedure requires contacting a supervisor and sending one electronic and two paper sets to that supervisor by April 30 of the entry year. Prepare CV, passport, application form, academic records, language evidence, two academic references, medical and police documents, financial proof and a study plan: undergraduate 400 words, master over 600, doctoral over 800. The supervisor and college assess applicants, and admission and visa forms follow selection. The brochure lists a RMB 400 application fee but gives no payment sequence. Confirm the current process before using this old annual deadline.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.

How to fill the university application

Follow the submission method in your programme's notice. The steps below apply when it requires an online form; email and paper applications follow their separate source-linked instructions above.

  1. Open the university link for your degree level. On an admissions website, find the international-student application entry, then register or sign in. Button names vary between systems.
  2. Choose the correct entry year, degree, teaching language and program. Read its requirements before selecting your funding option.
  3. Enter personal information as it appears in your passport. List education and employment dates accurately, and enter a reliable email address.
  4. Complete the study plan and referee fields. Upload each document to its matching slot; enter a CSC application number only if your route asks for one.
  5. Preview the whole application. Follow the fee instructions, submit the form and check that the system acknowledges submission. Saving a draft does not submit it.
