The prospectus restates this at 申请步骤 ◆步骤4:申请者须在提交申请材料时缴纳报名费(报名费不退). The College of Overseas Education's own 收费标准 (Fee Schedule) page at http://coe.njtech.edu.cn/info/1030/1401.htm independently states (三)报名费 500 元/人, separately from (一)学费 (tuition: bachelor's CNY 16,000, master's CNY 22,000, doctoral CNY 28,000 and language-preparatory CNY 15,000 per person per year) and (二)住宿费 (accommodation), so the CNY 500 is structurally the application fee and not tuition. Only the application fee is recorded in feeAmount; the tuition and accommodation figures on the same pages are recorded elsewhere.

Published dates and unconfirmed windows

Application timing and source scope

Nanjing Tech University (南京工业大学) carries its intake dates inside the PDF of its annual prospectus rather than on a web page, and the 2026 edition is readable. The 南京工业大学2026年来华留学生招生简章 / Nanjing Tech University 2026 International Students' Prospectus, posted on the College of Overseas Education site (coe.njtech.edu.cn) at info/1027/2719.htm, was downloaded from the university's own attachment endpoint on 23 September 2026 and parsed with pdftotext -layout. Its section 五、申请流程 › 2. 申请和报到时间 states verbatim 「申请时间:2026年2月28日至2026年6月20日;注册报到时间:2026年9月上旬(具体时间以录取通知书为准)」 — the application window for the 2026 intake ran from 28 February 2026 to 20 June 2026, with registration and enrolment in early September 2026. That 2026 window is therefore CLOSED as of 23 September 2026, and the 2027 prospectus had not been posted when this was checked: the 招生简章 board's newest item is still the 2026 prospectus. No separate dated Chinese Government Scholarship call, no dated 留学江苏政府奖学金 call and no dated Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship call is published on coe.njtech.edu.cn; the prospectus names all three award families in section 四、奖学金 › 3. 政府奖学金 but attaches no application deadline to them. The one dated cut-off the university does publish on a page is for the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship: the 国际中文教师奖学金 page states that for September entry the application deadline is 15 May and the recommending body's and host institution's review deadline is 25 May, so the 15 May 2026 cut-off for September 2026 entry is CLOSED and the next is expected 15 May 2027. Because the closed 2026 self-funded window is supported by a dated official prospectus for a named intake, but no open next-intake notice exists, this window records the 2026 cycle as verified and notes that 2027 dates are not yet published.

Guide scope reviewed 3 October 2026. Dates apply only to the intake and route named in each notice.

Check Nanjing Tech University's current prospectus for your degree, teaching language, eligibility and deadline. Arrange supervisor contact or pre-admission first when the program requires it.

    Read official admission instructions
  2. 2

    Prepare your documents

Use the checklist below, then compare it with your program's required documents. Prepare any signed forms, translations and referee submissions before starting the final application.

  3. 3

    Complete the university application

Use the official application link and complete the fields required for your route. Submit documents only through the channel and at the stage stated in the current notice. Pay a charge only when instructed; retain any submission confirmation the system provides.

  4. 4

    Review your offer and costs

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.

How to fill the university application

Follow the submission method in your programme's notice. The steps below apply when it requires an online form; email and paper applications follow their separate source-linked instructions above.

  1. Open the university link for your degree level. On an admissions website, find the international-student application entry, then register or sign in. Button names vary between systems.
  2. Choose the correct entry year, degree, teaching language and program. Read its requirements before selecting your funding option.
  3. Enter personal information as it appears in your passport. List education and employment dates accurately, and enter a reliable email address.
  4. Complete the study plan and referee fields. Upload each document to its matching slot; enter a CSC application number only if your route asks for one.
  5. Preview the whole application. Follow the fee instructions, submit the form and check that the system acknowledges submission. Saving a draft does not submit it.
How to fill the CSC application
  1. Open the CSC portal below and register or sign in. Complete your personal details before starting the scholarship application.
  2. Select the application category specified in the current scholarship call. Type A commonly uses a dispatching authority and Type B a university; confirm the exact category and agency number in that route's current notice and check the receiving institution displayed by the system.
  3. Select the degree category, teaching language, major and study period specified by the eligible program. Keep these consistent with your university application.
  4. Upload the requested documents, review all fields and submit. Download the completed application form; sign and upload it to the university or dispatching-authority system when instructed.
  5. Save your application number and a copy of the submitted form. If you withdraw to edit, submit again before the deadline and tell the receiving office if it already began reviewing your application.
