Application timing and source scope

2026 intake, read from official NUAA notices on the College of International Education site (cie.nuaa.edu.cn) on 17 September 2026. Self-funded and university-scholarship undergraduate applications: the 2026 International Undergraduate Admission Brochure, posted 21 November 2025, states Application Time November 15, 2025 to May 30, 2026 and repeats it as RECOMMENDED EARLY APPLICATION DATE: NOVEMBER 15 and FINAL APPLICATION DEADLINE: MAY 30. The same brochure requires the CSCA (China Scholastic Competency Assessment) score to be supplemented Before May 30, 2026 and advises applying early, with most applications reviewed within one to two weeks. That 2026 undergraduate window is CLOSED as of 17 September 2026. NUAA Fly-High Scholarship, 2026 round: the 2026 NUAA FLY-HIGH SCHOLARSHIP notice, posted 21 November 2025, establishes the award and is applied for through the same online application by choosing the right Scholarship Type; it carries no cut-off of its own, so the 30 May 2026 self-funded deadline governs it, and that round is CLOSED. Chinese Government Scholarship Type A (Bilateral Program), 2026 round: the brochure and the college's English scholarship page both state that Type A applicants apply through the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their home country and list NUAA as first choice under Agency Code 10287; the embassy deadline varies by country and NUAA publishes no date of its own for it, so no Type A cut-off is asserted. Chinese Government Scholarship Type B University Program: the 2026 notice gives 15 November 2025–6 March 2026 for English-taught master’s and doctoral applicants from all countries; closed. The 2026 Silk Road notice, published 17 March, closed 18 May 2026 and covers English-taught master’s/doctoral study in five listed majors for Pakistan, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Thailand, Morocco, Kenya and Tanzania only. Both CSC routes require matching CSC and university-system applications, agency 10287. Provincial and municipal awards: the Jiangsu Government Scholarship is given as April to June each year and the Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship as September to October each year, both stated as recurring calendar windows rather than intake-scoped dates; the 2026 undergraduate brochure states a one-time CNY 10,000 Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship; the older English page’s CNY 20,000 figure must not be substituted for that undergraduate amount. No 2027 intake notice had been published as of 17 September 2026: the newest items on the 招生 board are the 2026 undergraduate brochure PDF of 27 November 2025 and its HTML edition of 21 November 2025, the NUAA Scholarship board's newest item is the Fly-High notice of 21 November 2025, and the newest item on the college notice board is a staff-recruitment notice of 24 June 2026 which is not an admission notice. Because several recurring windows above are stated by the university without naming an intake, they are reported as NUAA states them rather than converted into a specific year.

Recorded CSC agency number; confirm it in the current CSC call: 10287

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.
