The 2021 prospectus allows portal submission or emailing the university application form and supporting documents to nxmuapplication@163.com. Documents include passport, notarized qualification/transcripts with English translations, language proof, photograph, medical and police records, financial guarantee, and postgraduate references, research evidence and plan. University document review and online interview precede admission and JW201/JW202; admitted students apply for a study visa and attend registration and entrance assessment. Its standing cutoffs are 20 January for short language study, 30 March for postgraduate/scholarship applicants and 30 July for undergraduates. The recorded application fee is CNY 400 paid once before entering university, with payment instructions in the admission notice/email and actual charges subject to enrolment pricing. These historical rules do not verify a 2026/2027 call. The newer 2023 brochure separately lists CNY 400 registration and an application charge without an amount; do not use the older 2021 figure as a confirmed current fee.
