CSC Type B High-Level Graduate Program

Complete the CSC application with agency 10153 and submit the documents specified in the notice. These include passport, notarized highest diploma or student-status proof, transcripts, language certificate, pre-admission documents, study plan, two academic recommendations, physical examination and police record. Chinese-taught master applicants need HSK 4 at 180; doctoral applicants need HSK 5 at 180. English applicants need TOEFL 80 or IELTS 6, with stated English-medium or official-language exemptions.   4. Complete the study plan and referee fields. Upload each document to its matching slot; enter a CSC application number only if your route asks for one.
  5. Preview the whole application. Follow the fee instructions, submit the form and check that the system acknowledges submission. Saving a draft does not submit it.
