Application fee

The application-fee status has not been verified for the current route. No application fee is published by Shenyang University of Technology. The 2026 Chinese Government Scholarship High-Level Graduate Program notice, the Liaoning Provincial Government Scholarship notice, the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship notice and all six self-funded degree notices on the School of International Education site (iec.sut.edu.cn) list only required documents — application form, diploma, transcripts, study plan, recommendation letters, Foreigner Physical Examination Form, blood test report, passport copy, no-criminal-conviction certificate — and state no application, registration or processing fee in either direction. The two downloadable English application checklists (Checking List for SUT Bachelor Degree Application (Self-supported) and Checking List for SUT Master Degree Application) also carry no fee line. Because no official page states a fee and none states that applying is free, the fee is recorded as unknown rather than confirmed-free, per the project rule that a missing fee is never read as free.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
