Belt and Road Scholarship: Chinese-taught applicants need HSK Level 5 with at least 60 in every section; English-taught undergraduate applicants need IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 80 or Duolingo 105, and graduate applicants IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 95 or Duolingo 120..
