Published dates and unconfirmed windows

Application timing and source scope

University of Jinan publishes its deadlines as standing dates without a named intake year, plus one dated cycle. Its official Chinese Government Scholarship Postgraduate Program page (Type B, High Level Postgraduate) gives an application deadline of 15 March, adding that applicants who receive a pre-admission notice must complete and submit their materials in both systems before 15 March. The Shandong Provincial Government Scholarship page gives a deadline of 10 June, and the President Scholarship and undergraduate international student scholarship pages both give 10 June. The International Chinese Language Teacher Scholarship page gives cycle-specific dates: 15 April for July entry, 15 May for September entry, 15 September for December entry and 31 October for March 2026 entry. The standing dates do not establish closure of all 2026 admission routes. No dated 2027/2028 call was verified in the reviewed international-admissions pages as of 17 September 2026, so these standing dates are an approximation drawn from the university's own pages rather than a dated notice for a named intake.

Recorded CSC agency number; confirm it in the current CSC call: 10427

Guide scope reviewed 3 October 2026. Dates apply only to the intake and route named in each notice.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.

  3. Select the degree category, teaching language, major and study period specified by the eligible program. Keep these consistent with your university application.
  4. Upload the requested documents, review all fields and submit. Download the completed application form; sign and upload it to the university or dispatching-authority system when instructed.
  5. Save your application number and a copy of the submitted form. If you withdraw to edit, submit again before the deadline and tell the receiving office if it already began reviewing your application.
