Both require submission, but their different sequences need university confirmation. Prepare qualifications, original/notarised transcripts, study plan, two references, passport, medical and police records, and language evidence. The Chinese guide requires notarised qualification copies and a 1000+ character plan. The Chinese guide also requires an electronic two-inch photo, matching paper photos at registration, and intended-supervisor review of the plan.
