International Business (国际商务), full-time (全日制) bachelor's degree, taught in Chinese (授课语言：中文), four years (修业年限：4年), awarding a Bachelor of Management (管理学学士); described as a 管理学类专业.

Tuition

14000元/年 (CNY 14,000 per year).

Accommodation

3600元/年 (CNY 3,600 per year).

Insurance

800元/年 (CNY 800 per year).

Registration fee

报名费：400元（一次性缴纳） — CNY 400, one-time, described as a registration fee (报名费), not an application fee; per the university's registration page it is paid as step ② of 报名注册 at in-person enrolment.

Other charges

体检费、教材费、居留许可办理费、床上用品等其他费用，由学生本人按实际产生金额据实缴纳 — medical examination, textbooks, residence-permit processing and bedding are charged at actual cost incurred.

Language requirement

Valid HSK Level 4 (HSK四级) score report of 180 or above (≥180分); applicants seeking exemption from the Chinese proficiency test must provide an exemption certificate issued by a Chinese embassy or consulate (我国驻外使（领）馆出具的免考入学证明函).

Age limits

18–25 years old inclusive (年龄在18-25周岁之间).

Nationality eligibility

Non-Chinese nationals whose nationality determination complies with MOE document 教外函〔2020〕12号; applicants must be physically and mentally healthy and abide by PRC law and LZUFE rules; must hold a senior high school diploma or equivalent academic ability (已取得高中毕业文凭或具备同等学力).

Documents

Eight items: (1) LZUFE foreign student application form (兰州财经大学外国留学生申请表, downloadable at zysxy.lzufe.edu.cn/info/1137/1298.htm); (2) valid passport personal-information page scan; (3) Foreigner Physical Examination Form (《外国人体格检查表》, valid 6 months, must be completed in English with photo and hospital/physician signature and stamp); (4) notarised senior high school graduation certificate (current students may submit an expected-graduation or enrolment certificate); (5) senior high school transcript, with notarised Chinese/English translation if not already in Chinese or English; (6) valid HSK 4 report (≥180) or embassy/consulate exemption certificate; (7) valid certificate of no criminal record issued by the applicant's local police authority, dated within 6 months before application submission; (8) proof of funds (资金证明).

Teaching arrangements

Semester system (学期制), 16 weeks of classes per semester, small-class teaching with class size capped at around 15 students (每班学生人数控制在15人左右).

Scholarships

Four named awards for outstanding international students, listed by name only with no amount, coverage, quota or deadline published: 一等校长奖学金 (President's Scholarship, first class), 二等校长奖学金 (President's Scholarship, second class), “留学兰财”专项奖学金, “甘肃省丝绸之路”专项奖学金. The notice states assessment and disbursement follow the university's relevant management measures (奖学金评选与发放按照学校相关管理办法执行).

本次招生申请受理时间为即日起至2026年6月30日，逾期提交的申请材料将不予受理 — from publication on 18 March 2026 until 30 June 2026; late applications are not accepted. Closed as of 24 September 2026.

Intake status

No 2027 admissions notice is published as of 24 September 2026; the 2027 intake status and dates are unknown.

CSC status

Not a Chinese Government Scholarship host institution. 兰州财经大学 does not appear anywhere in the official 2026 CSC host institution list (campuschina.org); Gansu province lists exactly five hosts — 甘肃中医药大学, 兰州大学, 兰州交通大学, 兰州理工大学, 西北师范大学.
