Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC-B, High Level Postgraduate Programme, Chinese-taught) opened 1 November 2025 and closed 5 March 2026, with online filing on both the CSC Campus China portal and the USST platform, and the application serial number plus passport details emailed to fso@usst.edu.cn by the same date. The Shanghai Municipal Government Scholarship (SGS) A class for master's and doctoral applicants ran 1 January to 30 April 2026 and SGS B class for bachelor's, master's and doctoral applicants ran 1 January to 31 May 2026, both filed through the USST platform only. The three dated scholarship windows above have closed. The self-funded page provides online submission, but no current application opening or closing date was confirmed. The fee-payment channel runs 12 December 2025–30 October 2026; those are payment-channel dates, not an admission window.
