Application timing and source scope

Chang'an University (长安大学) publishes a full dated calendar per programme for the 2026 intake in its 2026年长安大学国际学生硕士招生简章 (published 1 December 2025). The self-funded window closed on 15 June 2026. Under the Chinese Government Scholarship, the Type A country bilateral programme closed on 31 May 2026; the university's updated Type B notice gives two batches: 6 November 2025–28 February 2026, then 1 March–15 April 2026. The second batch was limited to five named majors and ten nationalities; both batches have closed. The International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (TFSU) has three dated student cut-offs — 15 May 2026 for September 2026 entry, 15 September 2026 for December 2026 entry and 31 October 2026 for March 2027 entry — so, as of 2 October 2026, the September and December 2026 entry cut-offs have passed; the 31 October 2026 deadline for March 2027 entry remains open. The Xi'an municipal 中亚五国 dedicated scholarship closed on 31 March 2026; the Xi'an 一带一路 foreign student scholarship and the Chang'an University President's Scholarship both closed on 31 May 2026. The 2026年长安大学国际学生非学历项目招生简章 (3 December 2025) adds that the Xi'an 一带一路 short-term Chinese language programme, autumn entry only, closed on 31 May 2026, and that the self-funded Chinese language programme had a spring cut-off of 25 December 2025 and an autumn cut-off of 15 June 2026. That prospectus also states that for the China Link short-term research exchange programme the specific class start dates and application cut-offs must be requested by email from apply@chd.edu.cn, and that 2026-2027 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship dates follow the notice published by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, so the non-degree timetable beyond the above is not fixed on the university's own page. All dated 2026 degree and scholarship application windows have closed except the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship deadline for March 2027 entry on 31 October 2026. No notice naming the 2027/2028 degree intake was found on the university's admissions notice board checked on 2 October 2026.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
