Chang'an University (长安大学) publishes a full dated calendar per programme for the 2026 intake in its 2026年长安大学国际学生硕士招生简章 (published 1 December 2025). The self-funded window closed on 15 June 2026. Under the Chinese Government Scholarship, the Type A country bilateral programme closed on 31 May 2026; the university's updated Type B notice gives two batches: 6 November 2025–28 February 2026, then 1 March–15 April 2026. The second batch was limited to five named majors and ten nationalities; both batches have closed. The International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (TFSU) has three dated student cut-offs — 15 May 2026 for September 2026 entry, 15 September 2026 for December 2026 entry and 31 October 2026 for March 2027 entry — so, as of 2 October 2026, the September and December 2026 entry cut-offs have passed; the 31 October 2026 deadline for March 2027 entry remains open. - Enter personal information as it appears in your passport. List education and employment dates accurately, and enter a reliable email address.
- Complete the study plan and referee fields. Upload each document to its matching slot; enter a CSC application number only if your route asks for one.
- Preview the whole application. Follow the fee instructions, submit the form and check that the system acknowledges submission. Saving a draft does not submit it.

- Open the CSC portal below and register or sign in. Complete your personal details before starting the scholarship application.
- Select the application category specified in the current scholarship call. Type A commonly uses a dispatching authority and Type B a university; confirm the exact category and agency number in that route's current notice and check the receiving institution displayed by the system.
- Select the degree category, teaching language, major and study period specified by the eligible program. Keep these consistent with your university application.
- Upload the requested documents, review all fields and submit. Download the completed application form; sign and upload it to the university or dispatching-authority system when instructed.
- Save your application number and a copy of the submitted form. If you withdraw to edit, submit again before the deadline and tell the receiving office if it already began reviewing your application.
