Its currently linked fee image is a 2019-upload asset; the undated brochure also shows 580/680/800/1,000 by programme. These are recorded standing rates, not a dated 2027 tariff. The English How to Apply page instructs online submission, then payment; processing begins after receipt. It explicitly says application documents and the application fee will not be returned. The payment page offers cash at SIE, online payment and USD/RMB university bank transfer. Confirm current programme payment instructions before remitting. The 2026/27 CSC and 2026 ICLTS calls do not establish an application-fee exemption.

The undated official brochure instead lists English master’s 35,000 on PDFpages 6/13 and does not include an English bachelor’s row in its final tariff table. Confirm the applicable master’s rate with DUFE. Neither source establishes a 2027 tariff; MPAcc is not printed in the combined PhD/MBA row.

It lists Chinese foundation 12,500/semester and 25,000/year; English foundation 15,000/16 weeks and 8,000/8 weeks. The undated official brochure linked by the Chinese How to Apply page corroborates Chinese foundation 25,000/year but does not show the English foundation rows. The 2019 housing image additionally lists Qiushi rooms. The prior Chinese 2023 image was not freshly recovered. Confirm current availability and charges; these are standing/historical sources, not 2027 quotations.

The standing DUFE fee image and undated brochure PDFpage 13 list short Chinese-course insurance CNY 100 for the 1–4 week block, not per week; long Chinese courses CNY 300 for 3 months or one semester and 500 per academic year; Chinese foundation 300/semester or 500/year; Chinese/English degree study 500 for the annual rows. The separately recorded Business Administration brochure thresholds were not freshly reverified here and do not replace this call. The 2026 ICLTS notice requires HSK valid two years and ages 16–35 (in-service teachers up to 45). Its Chinese text measures age on 1 September 2026, but its English text says 1 September 2025: confirm the intended reference year with DUFE. Course-specific HSK/HSKK thresholds differ by award. The Chinese notice says semester/year applicants normally cannot have received similar funding within three years; the English translation is categorical.
Self-funded application cutoff
Current degree pages publish a June 30 cutoff but do not state its academic-year scope or an opening date. Confirm the year and current cycle with DUFE; do not project it to 2027.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.
