Application fee

The recorded application fee is CNY 500. The Faculty of International Studies publishes an application fee of CNY 500 per person on two official pages, both read on 23 September 2026. The fee schedule FEE | Fee Plan for New-enrolled International Students at FIS_JJU (2026), at https://gjjlxy.jju.edu.cn/info/1025/1612.htm, lists under Fee Structure the line 「Application fee (non-refundable) ¥ 500 Yuan/Person」, and its Notification section states 「Applications that have not paid the application fee will not be accepted. Application fee are non-refundable, regardless of admission or not.」 The Application Guidelines for International Students (Bachelor's Degree & Short-term Programs) at https://gjjlxy.jju.edu.cn/info/1025/1963.htm independently confirms it at step 2 of the application steps: 「Pay a 500 RMB application fee (non-refundable).」 This is an application fee only. The same pages publish tuition and hostel charges that are NOT application fees and are recorded elsewhere: the 2026 fee plan gives tuition of CNY 20,000 per year for the Bachelor of Clinical Medicine (1 Year Foundation + 5 Years BCM), CNY 15,000 per year for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery, CNY 10,000 per year for the Bachelor of International Chinese, CNY 15,000 per year for other degree programmes and CNY 6,000 per year or CNY 3,000 per semester for the foundation and short-term Chinese language course; the newer fee-reminder notice of 25 February 2026 gives higher, batch-specific renewal-year tuition for academic year 2026-2027 of CNY 23,000 per academic year for Bachelor of Clinical Medicine 2022 batch, CNY 25,000 per academic year for the 2024 batch onwards, CNY 5,000 per academic year for 2021-batch internship outside China, CNY 17,000 per academic year for Bachelor of Dental Surgery 2022-batch internship at the University Attached Dental Hospital, CNY 15,000 per academic year for Bachelor of International Chinese Education and CNY 11,000 per academic year or CNY 6,000 per semester for the foundation and short-term Chinese language course. Published dates and unconfirmed windows

Application timing and source scope

The recovered Jiujiang University (九江学院) international admissions guidelines are published through gjjlxy.jju.edu.cn. These guidelines do not establish a CSC agency number or a Chinese Government Scholarship application route. Undergraduate and short-term applicants for the 2026 entry cycle: the Application Guidelines for International Students (Bachelor's Degree & Short-term Programs), dated 12 June 2026 on the page (发布时间:2026-06-12), sets a table of Admission Period against Application Deadline and Review Deadline, all in Beijing time — entry in July closes 15 May (review 25 May), entry in September closes 15 June (review 25 June), entry in December closes 15 October (review 25 October) and entry in March closes 30 November (review 10 December) — and states expressly that late applications are not accepted. The table lists day and month deadlines without explicit deadline years. It does not by itself establish a dated 2027 application window or confirm that a particular route is accepting applications. Do not infer a July 2027 deadline from the recurring table. Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarship (江西省政府奖学金, JXGS): the 2026 cycle is documented in the university's own fee-reminder notice (发布时间:2026-02-25), which obliges all registered international students to clear tuition and hostel fees for academic year 2026-2027 before 25 August 2026, obliges 2021-batch students to clear fees before internship (before 1 July 2026 proposed), and states that failing to pay by the due date forfeits the qualification on the Application for the 2026 Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarship (JXGS) — so the JXGS eligibility gate for 2026-2027 was a fee-clearance deadline of 25 August 2026, now closed. The competing notice series records a 15 September 2026 JXGS application deadline with a one-time award of CNY 20,000 across 27 awardees in 2025-2026, and the previous cycle ran 12 September 2025 with a 15 October 2025 deadline; either way the 2026 JXGS round closed in September 2026. International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (国际中文教师奖学金): the university's own application-method page (info/1025/1467.htm) publishes the category structure for bachelor's and Chinese-language study rather than a single numeric closing date. The university's own Jiujiang University Scholarship for International Students (九江学院国际学生学校奖学金) is assessed by semester with no dated annual application deadline published. No 2027/2028 international admissions guideline and no 2027 CSC call had been posted on gjjlxy.jju.edu.cn as of 23 September 2026.

Guide scope reviewed 3 October 2026. Dates apply only to the intake and route named in each notice.

    Choose your program and intake

Check Jiujiang University's current prospectus for your degree, teaching language, eligibility and deadline. Arrange supervisor contact or pre-admission first when the program requires it.

    Read official admission instructions
  2. 2

    Prepare your documents

Use the checklist below, then compare it with your program's required documents. Prepare any signed forms, translations and referee submissions before starting the final application.

  3. 3

    Complete the university application

Use the official application link and complete the fields required for your route. Submit documents only through the channel and at the stage stated in the current notice. Pay a charge only when instructed; retain any submission confirmation the system provides.

  4. 4

    Review your offer and costs

Check tuition, accommodation, insurance, payment deadlines and any financial-guarantee requirement. Accept the offer through the university's stated process. A CSC application is not part of a purely self-funded route.

  5. 5

Track decisions and respond to requests

Check your portal and email for missing-document requests, interviews and results. If a form is returned, correct it and resubmit. Keep admission and scholarship decisions separate; follow the final offer for acceptance, registration and original-document checks.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.
