◆Hidden Gem

Jiujiang’s June 2026 guide lists clinical medicine, dental surgery and Chinese-language programmes, with a CNY 500 non-refundable application fee. Its older new-student table lists tuition separately, while the later enrolled-cohort notice heads its amounts “tuition & hostel fee”; confirm applicable intake/cohort charges and their components. The separate closed 2026 Jiangxi provincial call was for enrolled degree students and listed a one-time CNY 20,000 award, with 27 awardees attributed to 2025/2026; final terms followed the provincial department.

The June 12, 2026 bachelor/short-term guide gives Beijing-time day/month cutoffs: July entry May 15 (review May 25), September entry June 15 (review June 25), December entry October 15 (review October 25), March entry November 30 (review December 10). These rows contain no deadline years or opening dates and do not establish a named 2027 intake’s current acceptance. The August 12, 2026 Jiangxi Provincial Government Scholarship notice separately opened applications for enrolled international degree students from the 2021 cohort onward, closing September 15, 2026, now past. Its August 25 fee-clearance requirement was an eligibility prerequisite, not the application deadline. The April 6, 2026 ICLTS page links a gated brochure; this follow-up has not recovered its full checklist or timetable. A 2025 university-scholarship nomination bulletin covers an enrolled-student semester, not incoming application dates. No autumn 2027 window is established by these reviewed bodies.

For Jiujiang University, refer to the current official admissions notice for opening and closing dates by program and intake. Dates from a previous intake should not be used as the next intake's deadline. Directory-wide opening checks were last completed October 9, 2026.

Fee note: The June 12, 2026 admission guide and the fee plan labelled 2026 (posted June 22, 2025) confirm a CNY 500 non-refundable application fee. Unpaid applications are not accepted. The fee page directs payment to the university account, including applicant name, passport number and payment purpose, and sending the voucher to admission@jju.edu.cn; WeChat/Alipay are accepted. After the preliminary result, the guide requires CNY 5,000 deposit within two weeks, refundable for force majeure or visa rejection. That deposit is separate from the application fee. The older new-student table lists tuition separately; the later 2026/2027 cohort notice heads its amounts “tuition & hostel fee”. Confirm the applicable cohort charges and their components. No new 2027 fee waiver is established.

Basic eligibility and submission alternatives

Applicants needed non-Chinese citizenship, a valid passport, high-school or higher education, good physical/mental health, friendly conduct and no disciplinary, public-security or criminal record. Under-18 applicants needed a guardian commitment; the Chinese version specifies an adult legally resident in Jiangxi. Submit clear, complete authentic documents and the signed checklist through the platform or the explicitly named admission email. The visible page does not supply every attachment’s detailed language/score or document-validity rule. Clinical medicine is six years, dental five, Chinese language/literature four and Chinese/foundation one; other disciplines require groups of at least 20. The guide does not confirm a current teaching-language option for each programme.

No individual is authorized to receive students’ money or gifts. Tuition/housing go to the university account; insurance, residence permit and physical examination go to relevant departments. Arrival and registration after admission

For new students or returning students entering with a new visa, the notice requires residence registration within 24 hours and entry medical examination within 48 hours. Bring the original passport, passport/visa/latest-entry copies and two colour passport photos, approximately 4.8×3.3 cm, to the international office. The subsequent enrolment sequence includes a first-working-day admission interview, tuition/housing verification, insurance purchase, original-document checks, registration memo and medical examination. The notice then describes preparation and in-person residence-permit/visa submission at the local authority and archiving copies. These are post-admission requirements, not a substitute for the incoming application channel or a new application deadline.

Document checklist and upload instructions

Use the document list for your exact program. Prepare these common items, then add any scholarship-specific forms:

  • Identity: passport information page and photograph. Copy your name, birth date and passport number exactly into each application.
  • Education: diploma or official expected-graduation certificate, transcripts and any required degree authentication. Include the original language and certified translations where requested.
  • Language: the required HSK, IELTS, TOEFL or accepted alternative. A medium-of-instruction letter replaces a test only if the program allows it.
  • Academic materials: study plan or research proposal; graduate recommendation letters; supervisor or pre-admission letter when required. Some systems send referees a private submission link.
  • Additional requirements: CSCA results for applicable undergraduate routes; portfolio for relevant arts programs; medical form, police clearance, financial guarantee or guardian documents when listed. Check validity periods before arranging time-sensitive documents.

Scan each complete document clearly. Use the file type and size limit shown beside its upload field; combine multi-page documents only where the system permits. Open every uploaded file to check legibility, page order, signatures and stamps. Keep a copy of everything you submit.

How to fill the university application

Follow the submission method in your programme's notice. The steps below apply when it requires an online form; email and paper applications follow their separate source-linked instructions above.

  1. Open the university link for your degree level. On an admissions website, find the international-student application entry, then register or sign in. Button names vary between systems.
  2. Choose the correct entry year, degree, teaching language and program. Read its requirements before selecting your funding option.
  3. Enter personal information as it appears in your passport. List education and employment dates accurately, and enter a reliable email address.
  4. Complete the study plan and referee fields. Upload each document to its matching slot; enter a CSC application number only if your route asks for one.
  5. Preview the whole application. Follow the fee instructions, submit the form and check that the system acknowledges submission. Saving a draft does not submit it.
