The official 2026 CSC High-Level Graduate notice, published 9 January 2026, covers master’s and doctoral programmes using CSC Type B, agency 10143, and requires supervisor acceptance before application. Its deadline line prints “From Now till March.1st,2025”; the year conflicts with the 2026 notice and the intended cutoff remains unresolved. Do not substitute the older standing mid-April date. The separate 2026 Liaoning Provincial Government Scholarship notice states beginning of January to 20 June, now closed. Its mid-June result-announcement sentence conflicts with that cutoff. The university also issued a 2026 fall brochure, whose image-based exact dates were not transcribed here. General seasonal admission patterns do not establish 2027 degree deadlines.

  5. Preview the whole application. Follow the fee instructions, submit the form and check that the system acknowledges submission. Saving a draft does not submit it.

  4. Upload the requested documents, review all fields and submit. Download the completed application form; sign and upload it to the university or dispatching-authority system when instructed.
  5. Save your application number and a copy of the submitted form. If you withdraw to edit, submit again before the deadline and tell the receiving office if it already began reviewing your application.
