The recorded application fee is CNY 380. The application fee is published inside the PDF attachment to the university's 西藏大学非学历留学生招生简章 (Xizang University Application Guideline for Non-Degree International Students), which is embedded in the notice page as an image-only PDF with no extractable text layer. The page had to be rasterised at 160 dpi and read visually (OCR was used only as a cross-check, and the figure was confirmed by eye). Its section 08 收费标准 / Charging Standard contains a table headed 费用类型 Fees | 金额(元)Amount (RMB) | 备注 Comment whose single surviving row reads 申请费 (application fee) = 380, 备注 不予退还 (non-refundable). Because 380 is the application fee and not tuition, it is recorded here and not under tuition. The same guideline's section 09 综合医疗保险 (Comprehensive Medical Insurance) separately states that students must buy 来华人员综合医疗保险 and recommends 800 元/人/学年 (800 CNY per person per academic year) for the basic cover, with enrolment cancelled for those who fail to insure; that 800 CNY is an insurance charge, not an application fee.
Application fee, registration dates and insurance charge for non-degree international students, read from the university's own international students department notice and its embedded image-only PDF fee table. · recorded source check: September 17, 2026
Published dates and unconfirmed windows
Tibet University's 交流合作处(留学生部)(Exchange & Cooperation Department / International Students Department) publishes a non-degree international student admissions guideline, 西藏大学非学历留学生招生简章 (Xizang University Application Guideline for Non-Degree International Students), posted 23 December 2025, whose registration section states that international students must register at the International Students Department between 1 September and 15 September, and whose academic calendar lists 秋季学期 (Fall Semester) registration as September 1-15 with orientation week beginning the Monday of the third week of September. That guideline is an undated-in-year poster, so the 1-15 September registration period is the recurring autumn registration stage rather than a dated application cut-off for a named intake; no separate application deadline, Chinese Government Scholarship deadline, Tibet Autonomous Region government scholarship deadline or departmental cut-off was published on the department's site when read on 17 September 2026. The department's 通知公告 (Notices) list carried only 出访公示 and 参访公示 staff travel notices dated between 2 June 2026 and 11 September 2026, none of them an admissions or scholarship deadline.
Guide scope reviewed 3 October 2026. Dates apply only to the intake and route named in each notice.
