Tuition notes

The 2026 postgraduate brochure states the duration of postgraduate programmes is 3 years with a tuition fee of 32,000 RMB per year. The undergraduate brochure gives tuition per programme in a table (the legible figure is 20,000 RMB/year for the English-taught programmes such as Health Services and Management); the table is a scanned image and the OCR of the remaining rows is not reliable enough to assert each programme's figure. Chinese Government Scholarship recipients have tuition covered by the scholarship.

Accommodation

Single bedroom 6,500 RMB/year; double bedroom 3,500 RMB/year; double bedroom 3,000 RMB/year (public bathroom) — stated in the 2026 undergraduate admission brochure. The College of International Education arranges on-campus accommodation for new students who register within the specified period.

Entry requirements

Language: Chinese-taught programmes: HSK Level 4 certificate with a score of 180 or above; applicants whose mother tongue is Chinese or who are certified by Jinzhou Medical University may be exempted. English-taught programmes: TOEFL 70 or above (with a sub-score of 15 or above) or IELTS 6.0 or above (with a sub-score of 5.0 or above); holders of degrees taught in English may be exempted. The CSC High Level Postgraduate Program guide additionally requires a minimum IELTS Academic 6.0 (each of the four areas ≥5.0) or TOEFL 70 (each of the four areas ≥15), and states that applicants for the Master's Professional Degree in Clinical Medicine (MBBS) must have an HSK Level 4 certificate.. Age: Undergraduate applicants should be between 18 and 30 years old as of 1 September 2026; applicants under 18 must provide legal guardian documents in China. CSC High Level Postgraduate Program master's applicants must be a bachelor's degree holder under the age of 35.. Required degree: Undergraduate applicants need high-school graduation or equivalent. CSC High Level Postgraduate Program applicants need a bachelor's degree, and a bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine (MBBS) is necessarily required for applicants to Clinical Medicine programmes.
