Spring 2027 degree intake (international students)

Spring 2027 degree intake · degree programme

Funding: See the programme notice

Deadline: December 10, 2026

International degree applicants to the Spring 2027 intake. The notice publishes no route-specific scholarship and no fee figures, so funding and costs for this intake remain unverified; the ICLTS scholarship calendar and the non-degree language tuition do not apply to this route.

Programme details

Spring 2027 international degree admission (undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral) at the Institute for International Education; separate from the March 2027 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship route and from the non-degree language-training route. The Institute for International Education's official English notice, dated 2026-10-10 11:58 and titled "Notice on Degree Programs Application for International Students Spring Enrollment, 2027", prints "Application Period From September 30 to December 10, 2026" and adds that any change in the actual application time is subject to a further notice from the Institute. Both the opening and the closing day are therefore published. The notice states that admission results are expected to be released gradually from mid-to-late January 2027 and that the online-system result represents a preliminary review or intended admission, with the final decision by official email. It publishes no tuition, no application fee and no scholarship for this intake, so costs and funding for these 2027 degree places remain unverified; the profile's separately recorded fee table and the ICLTS scholarship calendar must not be carried into this route. The notice's materials list includes the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) requirement for undergraduate applicants at Chinese government scholarship universities from academic year 2026/2027, naturalisation and entry-exit records for applicants who acquired foreign nationality, a non-criminal record certificate and notarised Chinese translations of non-Chinese documents.

March 2027 spring doctoral intake · degree programme

Funding: See the programme notice

Deadline: November 30, 2026

International doctoral applicants for the March 2027 intake. Funding is a separate clock: the brochure names three scholarships but publishes no scholarship deadline, so funding availability is unverified.

Programme details

Full-time doctoral (PhD) study beginning March 2027; international applicants; separate from the 2026 master's, autumn doctoral and undergraduate rounds. Shenzhen University's College of International Exchange brochure for the March 2027 intake, published 2026-10-09 14:14, prints 申请时间 Application Time 2026年10月10日-11月30日 / "From October 10 to November 30, 2026", so both the opening and the closing day are published and the route is open by its own dates. The application system was not submitted to. Duration is generally three to four years by programme, maximum five. Published costs: a non-refundable application fee of 400 RMB or 60 USD, paid by wire transfer to the university's designated account before submitting, and applications without payment are not reviewed; annual tuition of 34,000 RMB for liberal arts, 40,000 RMB for science and engineering, and 52,000 RMB for medicine, arts and physical education; Yuehai campus single or double rooms at 2,400–8,000 RMB per student per semester and Lihu campus double rooms at 750 RMB per student per semester, with water and electricity charged separately; and insurance at 800 RMB per year, bought as compulsory group comprehensive insurance at registration. Language requirements: HSK level 5 with a score of 180 or above for Chinese-taught programmes, or an English proficiency certificate for English-taught programmes, with native Chinese or English speakers exempt at the university's discretion. Other published requirements include a master's degree or above, age generally under 40, an Intent Supervisor Recommendation Letter obtained from a potential supervisor before applying, a passport valid beyond 30 June 2027, a Foreigner Physical Examination Form, a non-criminal record report with Chinese translation, and a bank statement showing at least 30,000 RMB. Funding is a separate clock: the brochure names the Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship, the Shenzhen Universiade Scholarship and the SZU Liyuan International Scholarship but publishes no scholarship application deadline, quota or renewal rule, so no funding deadline is claimed here. The brochure states no acceptance rate, quota or admission odds.

2027 MSc in Business Information Systems (international and Chinese applicants)

2027 MSc Business Information Systems · degree programme

Funding: See the programme notice

Deadline: July 5, 2027

Applicants to the 2027 MSc in Business Information Systems, including international applicants; a recognised bachelor's degree or equivalent plus the published English requirement (IELTS 6.0, or CET-6 425+, or TOEFL iBT). The page prints no opening day, so this entry rests on the page's own open status and its published closing date. No scholarship is named for this route.

Programme details

2027 entry MSc in Business Information Systems, including international applicants; this named master's route only, not a university-wide intake. The official programme page carries a status line reading "Application opens — Until July 5th, 2027" (Chinese: 开放申请 / 截止至2027年7月5日) with admission offers on a rolling basis, and the site provides an Apply entry point, so the university's own page presents this route as open with a published closing date. No opening day is printed, so no exact opening day is claimed here. Published costs, stated on the same page to apply to both Chinese and international students: the application fee is free; tuition is RMB 155,000 per student per academic year; on-campus accommodation is RMB 1,200 per student per academic year for a double room or RMB 3,000 for a single room, each covering ten months. After a conditional offer, applicants must pay an initial tuition deposit of RMB 30,000, or the full first-year tuition, by the stated deadline, and the full first-year tuition before enrolment. Programme duration is two years, maximum three, full-time. Enrolment runs August 21–22, 2027 and classes begin August 30, 2027. The page names no scholarship for this route, so funding remains unknown. English requirements as published: IELTS 6.0 overall, or CET-6 at 425 or above, or TOEFL iBT; the page prints the pre-21 January 2026 TOEFL threshold as 79 and prints a later-testing figure that is not legible as a number in the served page, so no post-January 2026 TOEFL score is quoted here.
