No. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government Scholarship is a regional award, not the Chinese Government Scholarship administered through the China Scholarship Council. The regional application website identifies the Department of Education of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and provides separate roles for the Ministry of Education of Mongolia, schools, and student applicants (regional scholarship portal; student application system).

Inner Mongolia University's 2026 regional notice directs applicants to that regional system. A CSC Type A or Type B notice may use a different authority, portal, agency number, and document sequence.
