Apply in NPU's international application portal, submit credentials and required health/police/guardian documents, complete document review and online interview, then follow the admission and registration notice. The guide lists CNY 600 application fee, CNY 15,000 semester tuition, CNY 800 annual insurance and CNY 600 monthly accommodation. Portal acceptance was not separately checked. This is a non-degree preparatory route, not the CSC Type B graduate route.

2027 autumn master's and doctoral entry; eligible majors marked in NPU's official catalogue; round 1 only. Apply first in NPU's portal and pass university document/interview assessment; only nominated applicants proceed to CSC Type B using agency 10699 and send the CSC serial number to NPU. The university recommends candidates to CSC, which makes the final decision. Graduate-only; do not apply under this date as an undergraduate or for an unlisted major. This first round has not opened as of October 7, 2026.
