the university's 2027 spring International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship notice, published 18 September 2026 and reopened 1 October 2026, gives the application period as 17 September 2026 to 31 October 2026 for March 2027 entry, funded for 5 months. Two conditions differ from other host universities and must not be generalised: the language threshold is HSK level 3 (180 points) with an HSKK score, and the notice states that applicants whose passports carry an X1 or X2 visa are not admitted (不录取护照上有 X1、X2签证者). Eligibility: aged 16-35 as at 1 September 2026, relaxed to 45 for in-service Chinese language teachers, with bachelor's scholarship applicants generally not over 25. The notice lists tuition, accommodation, a living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance but does not restate the amounts, so no figure is quoted from this page. The one-semester programme in principle does not admit applicants who have held the same scholarship type within the past three years

The undergraduate guide advises scholarship applicants to submit by 1 April 2027; the graduate guides tell Chinese Government Scholarship Type B applicants to wait for the university's separate 2027 scholarship prospectus, so no Type B deadline is established here. Published costs: registration fee (报名费) CNY 500 for undergraduate and doctoral applicants and CNY 420 for master's applicants, paid after admission and waived for Chinese Government Scholarship winners; insurance CNY 800 per academic year; accommodation CNY 15–60 per person per day. Published tuition per academic year: undergraduate general programmes CNY 20,000 and other majors CNY 26,000 (Architecture college programmes and Software Engineering), with the Shenzhen, Fuzhou and Hainan international colleges at CNY 100,000–130,000; master's general programmes CNY 30,000, Architecture college CNY 31,000 Chinese-taught and CNY 39,000 English-taught, and the English-taught MBA CNY 39,000; doctoral general programmes CNY 38,000 and Architecture CNY 39,000. the university's 天津科技大学国际中文教师奖学金申请办法（2026年）, published 4 March 2026, states its deadlines in its own words: 1．9月入学：学生申请截止日期为5月15日，推荐机构、接收院校审核截止日期为5月25日；2．2027年3月入学：学生申请截止日期为10月31日，推荐机构、接收院校审核截止日期为11月10日. Applications opened on 1 March 2026 through chinese.cn. The September 2026 entry closed on 15 May 2026, so the 31 October 2026 student deadline for March 2027 entry is the only one still open. The notice was reopened directly on 30 September 2026 and again on 3 October 2026 — the second read succeeded once the site's muyun_sign_cookie was accepted, resolving a two-day 302 redirect loop — and its deadline table was unchanged both times. This is a scholarship window, not a self-funded admission window: the university publishes no dated self-funded degree deadline, and its 留学科大 admissions section carries no published items
